RT3 Battery replacement IMPORTANT NOTICE.

Batteries in these units have a micropocessor in them. The firmware in the Tablet AND in the Battery must be compatible for the Battery to Charge and Work.

NEW batteries have NEW firmware that will not be recognized by tablets with OLD firmware.

If you have not already done so You will need to update the firmware in the RT3 so it will recognize the new Battery.
