This Long Range BlueTooth Radio Handle for the Carlson CR+ and CRx series robots should NOT be confused with older models that had a special RADIO handle. If your controller has a Built-in RADIO then this handle will NOT work with it.
If you are having communication problems Make sure that the issue is the LRBT Handle and not something else before ordering this. These are a special order item and ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
We are not offering this so you can test your system and return it when you figure out the problem.
If you are not sure that this will solve your problem we recommend sending your instrument to a qualified repair facility.
